Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Langdon

Undercooked everything and food was cold. Took over 30 minutes to wait for cold food. WORST DQ EVER!! Tried to get a refund and the manager LISA declined!!! Do NOT ever take food from this place they have terrible food and even more terrible management.

I recently ordered dinner for takeout, and the experience was fantastic! The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. Each dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared. The service was equally impressive; I received my order promptly and the staff was friendly and accommodating, also deserving a 5 out of 5. Lastly, even though I took my meal to go, I could tell that the restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere that I would love to experience in person sometime. Overall, a wonderful dining experience!

The staff did not wear gloves while preparing the food. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3.

Time and again it happened that around 15min to 10min before closing time we take the drive thru and this happend today 10/10/2024 20:19. My husband just got off from work and took the drive thru the staff sees him but ignored him. AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. Do they realize they're still on the clock ? The younger staff is very immature. They keep on joking around and doesn't pay any attention to the customers they are busy with. We enjoy the food but the staff is the reason we don't want to support the Langdon branch.
