Inside there are supersized monsters and sea life on the ceiling. Whacky choice of colours. When we went full of families with young kids and v much aimed at families. A bar and tables, plenty of room. We opted for the house hamburger and frites, and a crepe. Wine and food good value but quality of hamburger was very average. We were put off a bit by the kids running around and lack of parental control but that is us being grumpy oldies! Not a romantic venue however. Good for a meal and for families, don't expect top notch grub but you are not paying those prices.
We went for a meal as a family of nine and were made very welcome. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and the food is very good. Although we had a French speaker in our group menus in English are available and every effort is made to help. The decor is rustic with stone walls but the atmosphere is warm and friendly and the food is very good with large portions at a reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend it is well worth a visit. I would especially recommend the steak (Entrecôte) and also for drinks there is Leffe beer available from Belgium on draft and also the local Kerne cider on draft. I would recommend trying the half litre jugs. Give it a try. I doubt that you will be disappointed.
