The menu does have letter next to most items for allergies. I asked the waitress to recommend a dish. She said the salad, the sausage or potato dish. I chose the salad without the brotchen. It was good enough but not very filling. I didn’t get sick.

Their menu at the end pages indicates what allergens are in what meals. If any meal on the menu indicates “a”, it meant it had gluten. It was helpful and I although not a ton of options (which would be expected at a German restaurant), my food was really good! I got the German sausages and saurkraut. Didn’t seem to be sick after.
