Contribuiți la feedbackGreat food and service! simple and beautiful environment. I loved everything except the weeping! They serve natural weeping something I have not yet learned to appreciate. but they have a blueberry cambucha and birne and black pfeffer juice that tastes amazing.
I have visited a series of restaurants in malmö; bord 13, sture, västergatan, bloom in the park, among others, but this, for me, is able to buy the best culinary experience money downstairs. every court brought back childhood memories for me, as I grew up near a forest and since I spent many of my childhood near the ozean, and many of the dishes reminded me strongly of those times when I was much younger (so yes, nostalgie was a big part of why I loved it, but that doesn’t mean that it is not a great experience, even if the chefs are really talkative and passionate, and they really seem to care about the work they do! I can't recommend this place enough. if they plan ahead and book a restaurant for their important others, or if they only want to taste some really amazing dishes and weine, this is a place they should definitely visit.
I and my wife had a fantastic evening. eating the wine and the juice were amazing. friendly, relaxed atmosphere with some really interesting dresses in what is apparently called the new nordic, style of cooking. 3 years old, get, unripe brombeeren, for example. worth a visit.
Only an exceptional eating experience with a mix of common and unusual ingredients that are made in creative combinations for them to enjoy! every tiny detail seems carefully planned to get the best from any dish. the presentation is incredible and both alex and sven explained the food, ingredients, process and concept perfectly. there was a feeling to be included in the hard work that had been made possible in every part of the opportunity to this culinary experience. I also want to applaud the young for an evening meal feel like an adventurous through the Scandinavian forest, field and garden! there was also an alcohol-free just menu to go with any dish. very well tuned and super taste.
Interesting and delicious. First time I've been to a restaurant that focuses so much on using humble ingredients and by fermenting and storing come up with something that gives you a new experience. For the foodies that are interested in the cooking (and storage and fermentation) this is heaven as the chefs are holding nothing back. The setting was intimate and laid back. Highly recommended!
