1. Service: After waiting for an hour for our Order, we were informed that it was self service. The personell were very unfriendly and acted like they were doing charity to poor people, or asif they were giving it for free. 2. Food: Obviously the food was cold, since the same food. The Burger were very small. Veg burgers were with Kidneybeans and dry. Fries were good. One friend received Nonveg chillyfries even after specifying vegetarian. Salad was served without dressing. Quality like Burgerking, Price three times more. One star for Pommes. Just for the Price of burger, one can try a full menu at Cowboy Burgerhouse near Bahnhof.
