Kfc - Land Lakes

I when and in the line at ask for a 3 pieces dark meal and the give me 2 piece I ask to correct the order and this lady who was the cashier had a really nasty actitud and management can check the video cameras she was mad with actitud, moving hands likeshe want to fight and everything was because they give me the wrong order her name is Sam. It was the cashier at 5:15 pm this isnot the first time I come here and they have unacceptable behavior. Really sad ????

This was my first time visiting this KFC location but it definitely won 't be the last. As soon as I approached the restaurant, there was an employee outside who greeted me. At the counter I received a second, very pleasant greeting. My order was taken,and in less than 2 minutes, it was ready and handed to me with a smile and a Thank you . It was about a 25 minute ride home,yet when I took the food out of the bag, everything was still nice and hot. Every item we ordered tasted fantastic ... theperfect KFC flavor!

The service may be slow, but the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Additionally, the restaurant should address the potholes in their drive-thru.

I left after sitting for over 5 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. Could have went inside and gotten faster service but defeats the purpose of a drive-thru.

The last few visits to KFC was less than satisfactory. Since they changed hands, we almost had given up on them. But alas they have turned the corner. Chicken was very tender and moist and the sides were tasty. KFC is back. A tip of the hat folks. KFCisback on my FAVs list.
