Mcdonald’s - Lancy

My recent visit to McDonald's La Praille was disappointing. After an address error when placing my order through the Order and Pay app, staff were unable to resolve the situation, offering little assistance and no goodwill gesture to rectify the error. Additionally, the cashier refused to provide a full glass of water at no extra charge, despite my three-year loyalty as a regular customer. These experiences leave something to be desired and call into question the quality of customer service at this establishment.

I share my experience on this Macdo de la Praille it is the worst attention to the public they are not accepting my request and its not nice I will never go there.
