Nice Spicy - Lancaster

They definitely know how to prepare great food, but it feels like something has slipped over the years. Don’t get me wrong, the food is still good, but the unique touch that made it exceptional seems to be missing. Maybe the staff is feeling worn out or something—I’m not entirely sure. It’s a shame because they genuinely have the potential to create amazing dishes that could easily surpass any takeaway in the city. I believe the chef just needs to regain some of that enthusiasm, and the staff could benefit from a little motivation and support. They should really listen to their employees and consider their feedback!
