Dog And Partridge - Lancaster

Heard a lot of good things about this pub, so as booking is advised we did ,easy to do and email confirmation. On arrival we were given the reserved table and ordered at bar. The meals arrived in good time and were reasonable quality and quantity for the cost of them. There is a pleasant choice of meals available with many offers for different days. The staff are pleasant and efficient but the actual pub seemed dark and in need of referbishment. Outside a considerable amount of the car parking area was taken up with electric car charging stations and tables and no disabled parking spaces could be found , a necessity for us. I know that this is a very popular pub and busy but sorry Dog and Partridge but something put us off returning, nothing to complain about sadly just one of those things.

Food was brilliant! Fresh and tasty. Drinks very reasonably priced and service with a smile each time we went to the bar. Looking forward to trying more options from the menu when we return.

I had the hunters chicken roll and it was delicious. The whole family enjoyed their meals and the staff were welcoming and very friendly.

I would like to thank everyone at the Dog Partridge for their excellent service yesterday on 4th April. I dined with my elderly parents and family and we all enjoyed a lovely lunch. The only issue was that I found myself clearing the table after we had finished our meal and had to request desserts for the senior meal lunch at the bar. The staff were very friendly, although the lady behind the bar seemed extremely busy. Overall, it was a pleasant visit with delicious food and reasonable prices. The only downside was the table clearing issue. Despite this, I will definitely bring my family back again.

I still love it here. The food is great. Staff lovely friendly. The offers are fabulous
