Ate here last night with my son who loudly claimed the Texas Burger was the best he’d ever had! Nachos, spicy salsa, onion rings, it was HUGE but really tasty. I had gammon egg and chips, always a good test plate, and it was brilliant. The chips are home made, which is rare these days and they were so sweet! The egg was perfect and runny and the gammon juicy. My only complaint would be the Peas were over cooked, but I’m nitpicking really. Service with a smile from both the waitress and the chef. This is a small pub restaurant that is definitely worth a second visit. See you soon

The customer service at this restaurant is the worst I've ever experienced. The constant turnover in management is reminiscent of how often I change my underwear. The current management has stooped to threatening customers and drinking at the end of the bar. Instead of this behavior, I recommend focusing on the following improvements: 1. Regularly renovating glasses, possibly weekly. 2. Checking the gas supply and suppliers of products. 3. Providing staff training. 4. Ensuring proper cellar temperatures and equipment maintenance.

Only just started coming into this place but always made to feel welcomed. Locals are friendly and the loos are clean!

Absolutely brilliant bar everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Great beers and pizza at great prices. Would highly recommend this for a beer and chat. Also dog friendly with modern decor. Music and tv on silent. Thanks Matt, ilona Lucy

Beautiful village pub that always has a good crowd of people in . Pizzas are unbelievable for around 5 pounds you can get a massive pizza perfect evey time . Nice choice of ale . Beer garden needs sorting. Keep asking when the bedrooms will be available. Staff are brill did everything to make our visits great
