Wok Xpress - Lancaster

My wife and I really like this place. Eating is pretty good. Hot and tasteful, but not a big fan of rice. Other than that, fast and good. Orange chicken is my favorite.

I never come back. Very rude for a loyal customer who spends 30/day and sometimes hearty more! I ordered lunch here almost every day. I like the fresh broccoli and tofu. They charge me extra (over 14 for a 7 meal) for tofu, although I NO MEAT they say meat can be included for the same price. You won't get my order after repeated several times. Give me like 4 or 5 pieces small tofu almost twice the price of the whole duck. Once again, I paid extra for broccoli and they didn't include it. I always don't say carrots, but there's usually a part of the carrots. When I asked this day why the price was so much higher without meat, the manager told me very rude, that is your fault that you have to pay more. I was just wondering. Because of his rudeness on not 1 but 2 commands made WRONG at this moment and I was very nice / to understand that they make it new because allegedly the guy hears my order wrong. I canceled the whole order!! Don't do anything to me and think you'll get my money with this attitude!! I hope people stop the rude service in our neighborhoods. It is regrettable that it is the only healthy place here. I wish more restaurants would come in this area. Even if there is a charge, it must be posted because no where it is posted that Tofu is not sure whether he is the manager, but I think he is. Never!

I LOVE Wok Xpress! The food here is delicious and tastes way fresher than Panda Express. Service is very friendly and super quick. I?ve recommended this place to all my coworkers and we all really like grabbing our lunch here. Only negative comment that I have is that their prices could be a tiny bit cheaper, but aside from that they are great!

I have absolutely no complaints. The staff was friendly and attractive, the service was quick and the food was delicious! They provide you with more than enough food for the price; even considering I added extras. After my husband and I finished our meals, we still had much more than half left out of each box.

Very fast and tasty. Price is very good. My only gripe is that the pictures on the menu don't exactly match the food, at least for the Pad Thai. It shows vegetables, but you don't get any. Everything pictured was $24.84 after tax. Good price!
