Vargo's Pizzeria - Lancaster

I have ordered a sheet pizza from this restaurant a few times and it has always been reasonably priced and tasty. I also ordered wings from them once in the past, but they did not meet the owner's standards. He remade them to ensure they were good before I received them.

My thoughts are that if you are requiring people to pay over $60 for a small 1 topping pizza and a single (10) orders of wings w/ a 12 oz can of Pepsi. That you should at least get one part of the order correct. In their defense... I did contact the location before they prepared the food to request that the wings were cooked extra crispy, which they did do for me. That 's the only reason I gave them a 2 for a rating. However, they did not send the correct amount of wings. Also, when I spoke to the gentleman on the phone he disconnected the call without answering a secondary question about exactly what the order comes with. Customer service is important to me. I believe if someone is spending money with a company that they should at least be willing to take the time to make sure that their customers enjoy the experience, as much as, they are able (within reason, of course). Thank you.

Simple pie, half pep, half cheese. Vargos 110%, owner is great. Been missing this place. Real ingredients best pizza spot in Buffalo perhaps...

Delicious! The sauce is amazing and they have an amazing salad bar and soup of the day selection for lunch. The owner, is the best! Also helps rescue dogs and cats in the community which makes me love the owner and pizza even more!
