I will not lie, the drinks are fantastic, but the service is hella bad. I went there a few days ago and wanted to buy a pink cherry blossom drink. I command this woman who, by the way, treats me very badly. I wait a bit and listen to her call from pinky cherry blossom i head over, just to see a green tee with little to no boba at the floor. I said to her politely that this was the wrong drink, but she just gave me a job and wanted to charge me for a second drink?! I always insisted that she should only make a drink, but she didn't care. She said nothing, took the old drink and threw him away. no excuse. No, I'm sorry I made a mistake or I didn't hear it. She just ignored me until someone else came? I can't complain, but this drink was disgusting and I didn't spend any money on it. the service is müll here.

This place was good, it's a shame that now they have such a bad customer service, 2 customers waiting for their drinks, 3 customers to get the order taken and get the 2 hired girls, they were ready to get the drinks stand with a talk, dame annoyed before me because they told the cashier that they can only get a reward card with a free cashier that they can forget

Employees weren't helpful. the drinks are low. everything was artificially flavored. thai tee tasted like a cup full of burned leaves. banana smoothie tasted like these coarse artificial sweets. taro smoothie was about sweet. terrible customer service. in any case deserves a refund. they threw one away from them. big, never come back.

Love love this place their cold marbles are the best I have ever tasted their prices are really good I would highly recommend this place the best !

The staff is very friendly and professional. Selection is great. And so far everything we’ve tried has been great. We’ve been there three times and we will go back again.
