What I love most about Taj is that the menu clearly identifies what is suitable for vegans. I don't have to ask the waiting staff. also eating is delicious! I love this place.

I've noticed that some restaurants, even those claiming to serve vegan dishes, may still use the same grill for both vegetarian and meat items. So, it's essential to confirm these details with the staff! I will definitely be returning to try more dishes.
