Starbucks - Lancaster

I'm giving Starbucks a 1-star rating for a few reasons. I find it absurd that you earn 1 star for every dollar spent, yet those stars expire if you don't use them within a certain timeframe. I had accumulated 75 stars, but it wasn't enough to redeem anything, and then they expired because I couldn't use them in time. How much greedier can this company get? Thank you for all my business! Sure, your drinks are great, but some consideration for the loyal customers who have contributed to your success would be appreciated!

I ordered a small iced coffee, but what I received was just iced milk with no coffee flavor at all. I'm really disappointed.

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly kind and went out of their way to assist me in finding a tie that would match my girlfriend's dress for a wedding. They even offered suggestions for other places to check out in the mall. My drink was made to perfection, and the store was spotless. I will definitely be coming back. Just a heads up: the entrance is located outside the mall, so you cannot access the Starbucks from within.

Very clean and fast service. It was pretty busy but it is the only place around where you can get a good cup of coffee.
