Contribuiți la feedbackGreat place and friendly staff. We came to the end of the night and the waiters were very pleasant and contrary to the wishes. We had a great time and the food was cooked on request, also the special requests. We enjoyed it enough that we came back on the way out of the area. The second time was just as good as the first, if not better, especially as we go. Recommend diving and even taking out. I understand it's a chain restaurant and expectations were not super high, but they definitely made a high impression on all of us. The only negative I will say is that the website and not very user-friendly and the phone was just as frustrating.
Salmon was boiled PERFECTLY. Steamed Broccoli was slightly seasoned and delicious. Loaded potatoes had no lumps and were creamy good with real bacon crumbs and chopped scalings.
So we choose Red Lobster as a deceased father? Lunch. Had a party of 14 people and a reservation for 3:00. We all came there shortly before 3:00 and were brought back to our table in time. Greetings when we all came in, which was nice. I believe they have dedicated a server to our table so that it can offer us the best service. The orders were received almost correctly. Small errors were corrected immediately. Our server handled us well. I have no complaints. The cookies as always were delicious, the food it seems as if over the years a notch or I?m just not as impressed as I was once. Will definitely be back and she will always keep an eye on big party sizes.
The service wasn't great. The server we had was always m.i.a. Even the people who were sitting behind us had to ask an employee if they could find their server so they could pay. I have the Cajun chicken pasta. All taste was good but for a $20 dinner plate the part was completely too small compared to any other place I was. It was not a busy atmosphere just a lack of care and attention.
Service was none the less quick. Was seated in about 10 to 15 mins. I noticed food prices went up. But none the less is understandable. Waiter was quick to serve, but was also quick to leave without verifying that we were settled and ready to go. I also noticed that the food was somewhat rubbery and out of the ordinary for a fresh seafood establishment . I also overheard a waitress talking about another waiter saying they are new and they dropped a glass. Practically shaming them. But none the less 3 out of 5. My advice is to work on managing staff and making sure all guests are taken care of and well organized. And also to work as a TEAM and to help others when needed.
