Mcdonald's - Lancaster

This place is always crowded with disrespectful teenagers from the nearby school. The service is inconsistent, and orders are often either cold or incorrect. The cashiers seem to be in a hurry to push you through the line. Even at 2 AM, the lines are ridiculously long, stretching down the block. Don’t expect to enjoy a quick lunch if you stop by during your 30-minute break.

Outstanding service! The ice cream machine was functioning perfectly late at night. I’ve never felt more joy than when a McDonald's employee responded with an enthusiastic "okay" to my craving for a hot fudge sundae. Long live the McRib—farewell, dear friend, you will be missed. Not all heroes wear capes; some wear the iconic arches.

This location was so dirty. The floor seemed like it was greasy very slippery. There was soda spilled all over the soda fountain counter. And all we ordered was 2 cheese burgers a mcchicken a small fry and 2 drinks we waited inside for about 15minutes.

NEW REVIEW changing the rating from 2 stars to one! I was in a rush and order via an Uber so didn?t check my food. But here we are again! They forgot the pancakes again!!! How are you going to forget to include the primary food component of a mealtwice!! WT*! PAST REVIEW Ordered big breakfast with hotcakes and bacon. And received only the eggs, biscuit, and a smallpiece of bacon with my order. Missing the 3 pancakes, and the sausage which make up most of this breakfast meal!

This McDonald's offers some of the best customer service I've experienced. The interior is always clean, and they reliably have their ice cream machine ready for those late-night McFlurry cravings. I steer clear of other locations and remain loyal to this one.
