Five Guys - Lancaster

Never again will I eat at 5 guys! Went there because the place we usually go was closed. I got a cheeseburger, bacon cheeseburger and regular fries. When we opened the bag, the amount of fries barley filled the cup and they were soggy, the burgers had a burnt taste to them like they don’t clean the grill, and the bacon was hard as a brick. I could have gotten a better meal for half the price at McDonald’s, and I won’t eat McDonald’s…

Disappointed in how expensive it was compared to the last time I ate here. $21+ for burger, fries and Coke. Food and service were good but not worth the price.

This was an enjoyable experience. The flavors mixed with the cheese, formed a tremendous cheese burger. Their shakes are also top tier. It was smooth and you could taste the strawberries. However, the prices could be better.

Employees were nice but took too long just to give me fries

I was disappointed to discover that I couldn't place an order after 9 PM. If that's the case, the hours of operation should be updated accordingly. It doesn’t make sense for a restaurant to advertise being open until 10 PM when orders can't be taken until then. I also think the staff could benefit from some new training.
