Dona Blanca - Lancaster

I’ve had better pupusas at other places. There was more tortilla than filling, and they were a bit burnt and too greasy. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor attitudes of the two sisters who run it. They really need to learn how to treat their customers with respect. Each time I visit, they greet guests with unfriendly expressions—there’s no smile or acknowledgment when people walk in. Additionally, they charge a 5% fee for credit card payments, which is quite off-putting. I don't think I will be returning.

The food is decent, but the customer service is why I don't go back anymore. They take longer than what they tell you. They charge an extra fee whether you were doing takeout or eating there. Watch your recept and make sure of the charges. Apparently, they stopped taking cards and didn't say anything until we got there. Rudely offered the liquor store next door.
