Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lancaster

I'm not sure why this restaurant received negative reviews because my experience was excellent! It's a Chipotle, so the line moves quickly, and you're expected to know your order by the time you reach the counter. The food was fantastic—well-portioned and full of flavor. The parking lot is a decent size, although this area can get quite busy. The staff makes an effort to keep the place clean, but unfortunately, some customers don’t do their part. Additionally, during peak hours, there are only a few team members to manage the cleaning after messy patrons, but that's not the staff's fault. This location is quite busy during rush times, which can make it feel crowded. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely return. It offers great value and delicious food!

The portion size for the Burrito Bowl is substantial, but I found the salsa and queso portions to be on the smaller side, although they were tasty! Personally, I'm not a fan of the queso, but that's just my opinion.

This is the best food I've ever had from Chipotle! The large chips and queso blanco were piping hot and incredibly delicious. The three tacos were fresh and full of flavor! The burrito was fantastic as well. Thank you!

The food was delicious! However, I felt that about 60% of the dish was rice. I do love rice, but I wish there had been more corn and chicken.

Could someone please take charge of the in-store food service line? All the employees seem to avoid it and act as if they have more pressing matters to attend to. For goodness' sake, can we have more protein options? The serving sizes for protein are far too small. Lastly, the inside of the restaurant needs a thorough cleaning; it’s almost always dirty.
