Bojangles - Lancaster

This place brought me back a flood of Americana. The old days when people were not zombies were just worried about conversation with employees. These people were well trained and erroneously executed. The food was the best. The cookies were iconic. Love to see the window. The best Bojangles experience I've ever had. Forget about the Ghetto Bojangles in Kershaw. You suck.

When I went there a few days ago, there weren't many people in the drive through the line, so I decided to go and there was a lady in front of me and she said she was waiting for 10 minutes and I had waited for 7 and no one would wait for us and the employees were just standing around talking, doing nothing and as the assistant manager went on to tell this one woman that you have people to wait and she just said I was getting hurt in a minute

These bojangles are one of the best. Every time I get here, they're polite and punctual. My order is correct when I come here. They are very nice and helpful. If something is not right here, they will fix it right then and there. They keep it clean.

We received a very kind greeting when we entered the restaurant. My husband and I both love the fried chicken sandwich! The chicken is really seasoned, it is very humid and juicy... Since we sat in the clean dining area, there were many locals, where also restaurants. The staff knew many of the people who came in and you could say that they had developed relationships. So it made for a casual and friendly environment.

Overall pretty good..had the cajun chicken biscuit combo with fries and sweet tea..my only complaint is the fries were over salted to the extreme so the fries were basically ruined..back off the salt folks!!
