It was hard giving this one a rating because my 1st time going the service and food was really good, they even gave us complimentary garlic knots dining in. I then placed an order to go over the phone yesterday and the lady was really nice. We drove home with the order which we live 1.5 hours away. Our order was all wrong. We ordered a ham cheese calzone and 2 steak Strombolis 1 with peppers and onions. What we got was 2 pepperoni Strombolis with onions. I repeated it several times to her over the phone and it was still wrong. You just don’t know how upset I was and could not go back because it was so far away. Very disappointing since our first time there on Saturday was really good. Nice staff, was not impressed by the chicken wings. they were boiled properly, a taste perfect, but seemed like they were a cheaper frozen chicken wing. would not come back. I have an Italian cold cut hexe pretty impressive and worth the dollar.
