Contribuiți la feedbackWe stayed at dinner at the Atman restaurant; It is improper and reductive to define the experience dinner .in reality it is a succession of sensations of goto, olfactory, sensory in gener, that place this experience at a level other than a dinner. starting from the reception to continue with the professionalism of maitre and sommelier, everything has been treated and precise. clearly the skill of the chef and his brigade is superior to normal expectations regarding a high-quality dinner. More than deserved the star though it could be widely doubled. Thank you!
A unique discovery, a high level experience with a chef who has been able to give the most on the natural flavors between spontaneous herbs and flavored. a local located in the basement of a unique villa like its kind (villa rospigliosi,) with a beautiful kitchen. my advice is to experience this experience.
High quality, impeccable service especially with small children
Lovely restaurant set in a villa work of art as a rospigliosi villa. The kitchen is no less in my opinion I would have wanted to never end. real dishes that have left me amazed in all creations both the scenographic ones and the other made for the palate combined with sauces all based on medicinal plants. the service is of high level you combine wines to each dish with a care and preparation of high value. an unforgettable evening
We were immediately impressed by the beauty of the garden and the surrounding context. the villa was built in the xvii century by the will of Mr. rospigliosi later became pope clemente ix. as can be seen from the photos, the context is very elegant and recalls the historical period between 700 800. all this in clear contrast with the restaurant that rises in the underlying part the villa creating an effect of amazement and surprise. We start our lunch with the choice of the complete menu consisting of 13 courses, combining it with an excellent bottle of champagne and an impeccable barol (see photo). the menu from the name “for sharpening (as stones in a pond our dreams come to afloat)” exalts in several courses, especially in theentree the flavors, the gouits and the peculiarities of the botanists that surround the villa itself involving us in the total immersion of this experience with all our senses. as I often do for these restaurants I will not go into the detail of the dishes respecting the restaurant and the same chef, but I can only list my three favorites: cholembaccio tartare with turnip buds, oysters and onion powder burned hay rice and chamomile with warm pesto of goat and pecora jus and its sour milk animated to the mugnaia with spinach leaves and tip rella of stems (photos 3, last photo). professional and friendly staff, prepared and very nice meitre. experience we recommend to all. we will definitely return.
