I visited this restaurant based on the reviews and it did not disappoint! I placed an order for the Storm special with cheese, and it was amazing! It’s one of the best burgers I've had in a long time! The fries were also crispy and tasty. They provide these small napkins held together with a rubber band, which contain two salt packets inside. I didn't need the salt because everything was already so delicious, but I thought it was a nice touch. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely eat here again!

Great old fashioned burgers. The fries are divine. The burger is meaty and juicy as well as the fries, you actually bite into a potato. Simply perfectly delicious. Service is great and wait time is reasonable

My burger was delicious and quite large, packed with fresh flavors and served hot. The fries were excellent, too. My wife's burger was tasty, and she enjoyed the spicy curly fries as well. Our total bill came to just over $17 before the tip, which felt very reasonable. There’s also a restroom on-site. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend it as a fun, old-fashioned drive-in dining option at affordable prices. They also offer a variety of sweet treats like root beer floats and more for a delightful finish to your meal.

During my first visit to this restaurant, I had one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. The staff was busy but attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of. I ordered the Storm Special, which includes three patties, vegetables, and the option for double cheese, all for just $9.99. When my burger arrived, I was not disappointed; it was the best burger I've ever had! I will definitely be returning!

In my opinion, this is one of the best burgers in Texas. Whenever I visit my family in Lampasas, I eagerly look forward to indulging in the Storms Special. I really wish they would open a location in Austin—I can only imagine the lines would stretch around the block. The combination of the toasted bun and the crispy hamburger patty makes it absolutely delicious.
