Hart's Firehouse Bbq - Lampasas

Great local BBQ. The taste is good and the meat was moist. The sides were delicious. The sauce was good, nothing special. Your pecan pie is one if the best I've ever had. We will stop on our trips, the SA and Glen Rose.

This is a great laid back barbecue place. I got a loaded brisket baked potato, and everyone else got a sausage and meat plate with two sides (potato salad and pinto beans). The brisket was great!

I have the sample package. We enjoyed the ribs and sausages; but the brisket had no favor and pulled pork was very dry. The pages were good, but nothing stood out. Overall was a good meal.

Great meat. Fair service. Good portions. Good weekend. Outside the restroom, but it flushes.

I was behind this couple and was insulted for them....They waited for their food, the woman who looked Mexican) was said to push her phone away, through the server, while the man who looked white remained alone on his... Then they waited for the server to visit them while staring at them for three minutes so that all the others work... They have their plates, ribs, and then sat down. I didn't order the sausage and brisket again) and then sat down. When I was done, I saw the man who asked for more ribs, the special of the day, after the sign) and was told they were out. Your option was to wait an hour or get another secret meat. They wanted to wait. I can't understand how this restaurant could run out of its main business at noon. Then think is perfectly okay to ask that the customer wait, or choose from a product that costs less than what she had already paid. This place was too expensive for their lack of splendour food, and even worse service.
