Kat's Steakhouse - Lamont

Wow! What a great experience. We had heard about Kat's and made reservations. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised as we walked in and saw the upscale decor and tablecloth covered tables. We were seated and greeted by the owner's aunt who told us that Kat was 26 when she started her restaurant. We ordered some cocktails and tea and decided to try the handmade onion rings which were amazing!!!! We had filet mignon and baked potatoes and they were delicious. We ended the night with cherry cobbler. A great experience. Great food. Great service. Thanks!

Small place in a small town. I've had steaks at some great restaurants. The steak here is the best I've ever had. Exceptional!

Best Ribeye steak I've had in years. Tender, loads of flavor and cooked as ordered. Service was adequate. Restaurant was clean and orderly.
