Dominos - Lambeth

Took an hour to be delivered. The garlic bread was good but the pizza was nothing like normal dominoes pizza- this is the issue with franchise chains

I never generally write reviews however after the shambolic way this store is run I wanted to make potential victims aware . The live tracking on their website is a joke , my pizzas were in quality control for over an hour to make sure they were up to standard and piping hot and just after getting on for 2 hours later I discovered they were not . I refused them on the basis that they were not fit for human consumption and then had to call them to have them re made . No one speaks English in the store apart from one young lady who asked if I could come and pick them up as they were too busy to deliver!!!! Order collected not even an apology... I have only outlined some of the issues here as I have wasted too much time on them but I will leave by informing you that the hot Pizzas were not the ones we ordered!! Shocking Place

Ordered a takeaway to the hotel I was staying at nearby. Delivery was prompt and food was fresh. Only issue was they didn't update to say delivery was on its way.

I had to register just to leave a comment because my entire experience was absolutely terrible and frustrating. It took over an hour for my food to arrive, and the employee who answered the phone was incredibly rude and couldn't even accurately estimate the delivery time. This place deserves a 0-star rating, if that were possible.

The food was not fresh and far below normal standards. The pizza toppings were all piled up in one corner of the box because it had not been carried flat. I will not be dining here again.
