No Customer Service No greeting no Have a good day no customer appreciation at all. What happened to the Canadian standards? The workers look like they dont wanna be there and are in pain. Customer service quality has declined in the past few years and its only getting worse.

Worst timmies in London horrible service horrible management this place absolutely disgusts me if they mess up a order they tell you it's your own fault they made you the wrong food I'd steer far away on top of it all there coffee is never fresh an donuts are trash your better off a buying a coffee from Petro that's how bad this service is there

They've good fast service, the staff was polite and friendly, clean and good atmosphere.

Ordered hot chocolate...It tastes like a plain water with little sugar...worst hot chocolate I ever had in canada. This was my second experience here.

Honestly, it 's trash, ppl only like it 'cause they don 't remember how amazing Tim 's was. Once they sold out to Burger King it went to China and now it all has to be sugar filled so your brain tricks you into thinking it tastes good. And the coffee is mostly water, if you add milk or cream it tastes like watery milk. I guess it must have trace elements of caffeine and is usually manageable if you need to wake up, only if you get a huge cup though. Definitely not consumed
