Website says closes at 9pm. It's 7:30pm and they are closed.

I ordered on the app before going and arrived at the time it said my order would be ready, when I got there the restaurant was closed and completely locked up nobody around. Checked the hours on the door and on google and they said they were open till 9 it was 8:50. They still charged my CC $40 for the order. After looking at the reviews there are multiple complaints of the same thing.

Online it says open until 9pm as does the sign in the restaurant window. I came at 8pm and the door was locked with people inside cleaning lol . This is the second time I’ve come and it was closed an hr early! Why not just change the hrs of operations then ??

Not a good experience. Dined in at around 7 p.m. on April 6. There were two male employees working. Taller one was very friendly, motivated and competent. I can 't say the same about the shorter one. He was rude, inattentive and did a poor job overall. There were 3 customers waiting for their food when we ordered and we ordered 3 pitas. This should not have been an overwhelming experience. The shorter employee repeatedly asked us what we ordered, continually asked the same questions, then put the wrong things in my wife 's pita. To the disappointment of his competent coworker, he crumpled one of the pitas into the wrapper without rolling it. When his coworker became visibly frustrated and asked, c 'mon man, is that what you call rolling it? the incompetent employee looked at us and asked, do you care!? . He was painfully slow overall. My wife said this has been a consistent experience and said the taller/ more competent employee always seems frustrated having to pick up the slack while taking pride in his own work. If this was my restaurant, one of the two would be long gone...
