Rojo's Roastery - Lambertville

Customer service was excellent. Barista was very modest about her latte skills, so I convinced her to make me one. It was better than most, though we laughed about it. She was very nice and fantastic and made me a second who was a masterpiece. The coffee was perfect for me... it was subtle not bitter and the perfect temperature. They know how to fry their beans and make art pieces of foam. Very recommended place for a quick sip of coffee and a nibble blueberry bread/copper cake. Come back.

Rustic and industrial, the style of this place seems less intentional and more functional. But it works and it has a cool mood as a result. Coffee beans are roasted at a glance and the coffee is great.

Nice latte served with a heart in the steamed milk. Sit on cafe tables or in a more relaxed living room style. Roastery equipment and storage is visible around the circumference of the room.

I grew up not far from this place, and every time I visit Bucks County, I hope for a great coffee spot... I'm so glad I found it. Wonderful staff, large cortado and Ethiopian beans that they had on the drip were amazing. Come on!

Incredible coffee in an industrial, yet cozy, setting. As a local, this is my go to place for a coffee most mornings. Just love the ambiance and vibe. I'd recommend the Cortado for those who wanna sip something slow and just take in the atmosphere.
