Great little pud, there's a Mexican restaurant in the back, the food is good ?

Not sure how this place gets good reviews. Weak drinks. The margarita was basically just a store bought margarita machine

This is one of the best, longtime, most personalized and personable bars in Lambertville. A wonderful, cozy, special spot. Anyone with a negative comment about the owner most likely disrespected her, her bar, or the town to begin with. She’s Carol. She’s lovely. Ask her how she’s doing. Ask her about the history of the bar. Ask about her favorite songs on the jukebox. She’ll be happy to see you. The Mexican food from next door is good, and it goes down better with a beer or a homemade margarita. And in such a sweet spot, you’re practically guaranteed to feel like a million bucks. So get in there! Let’s go! Yes!

The bartender/owner has always been considered unfriendly. I’ve always felt uncomfortable there because of her “customer service” but on New Year’s Eve she really crossed the line. She followed a couple into the restroom and despite being a woman, opened the men’s room because a gay couple went in exposing one of them while urinating.

The best bar on the face of the earth with the best bartender to boot.
