Contribuiți la feedbackIn 25 years travel to France and enjoy French restaurants, including Michelin Stars in Paris. Dijon and Lyon are delighted that our meal here is one of the best. Not an acidic note somewhere from the facility to the comfortable...yet refined seating, the beautiful service, the satisfying view of the channel, fhe sophisicated music played on the perfect low volume (gah, I hate it when restaurants think that loud popular music is the appropriate companion for a good meal), and of course the menu and served meals. My fillet du boef was a beautiful piece of meat perfectly prepared, served with root vegetables in a separate small saucer large touch. The divided terrine (really foie du gros) was one of the best I've ever had, accompanied by an unexpected set of spices: paprika, salt, a generous sprig of fresh thyme, a sun-dried tomatoes and a fig colony. My partner had the Cabillaud (cod), in a simple but perfect preparation. Very recommended. Can come back to Lille to return to this restaurant. Take a nice long walk along the canal and the citadel and plan your lunch or dinner here. Note: The name of the restaurant is somewhat confusing. Our reservations were the same address at La Table du Colysee, but different from La Table D'hotes.
It is easy, by the fact that it actually has outside the city boundaries, or by the fact that it sees at first glance to have all the charisma of a café. Actually, the food is very good for the price.... I note that another reviewer said it was €18 taxi ride from the center of Lille: not sure why, because we went there (easily further than we wanted) and the Uber back was no stupid price. We started with 2 glasses of champagne, had a bottle of Rasteau Cuvee Domaine, went for the Formule 30 € each.
We hadn't booked and were lucky to come in, but we were really glad we did. Excellent food, really good service, very pleasant staff, beautiful wine and everything at a really cheap price for the 3-course menu. Really recommended, but unlike us, make sure... Book!
Home: 17/20 quality of the dishes: 19/20 atmosphere: 22/20 if I have to summarize in a few words: excellent food !!!! value great! one of the best places to have fun! I had a great time. I'll be back.
