My colleagues love this place for fish and chips, and they even have a nickname for this place! but if their care for cleanliness then this is probably not the place to go as they have found out, I find it not better or worse than their average corner takeaway shop, but maybe they need to make themselves

I ordered hot food tonight, including a large portion of chips with scallops and a large gravy on the side. However, they refused to provide the gravy, claiming that I hadn't paid for it. This was very poor customer service; it felt like I was being taken advantage of. Overall, I would rate the food and service poorly. Food: 1/5, Service: 1/5, Atmosphere: 3/5.

Whoever said their burgers are good is mistaken. My partner and I ordered their beef burgers, and they didn't taste anything like beef. In the end, we just ate the fries and discarded the burgers. Food: 1
