Thai Villa - Lakewood

Oh my goodness me, where to start?? I've lived in Lakewood for a few years now but we've always went to a Thai restaurant in Cerritos. Literally my first time here with my boyfriend and I just thought it was cool they're open until 12 am on Fridays- because that's not usual around this area. We step in for a pick up and then BAM they've got karaoke too- it was so cool!! And their portions for the pad Thai and chowmein was huge for one person, but great for sharing with another. My taste buds are pretty basic though, so if you're the meticulous kind, maybe look elsewhere. We also ordered Thai teas and that was also really good and hefty- like I thought Gong Cha's was the best in the area but it's not!! It's here At the end we unanimously decided it's a good place to come back too. My parents love karaoke so I'll def bring them next time!!

I order from here on GrubHub all the time, but I'm tired of them screwing up the orders. The latest one was I ordered dumplings and got fried tofu. Ordered pad Thai medium spicy and it was bland. Ordered cashew chicken mild and got it medium. Time before ordered kaprow over rice and got no rice. Time to try another Thai.

Love this spot! Been coming here for over 13 years ! Give them a visit! Great service and awesome Thai food even if it's for to go ! Yes they also serve beers and have live karaoke!

Really enjoying exploring the menu! The soups have all been a win, and I need to try the beef noodle is see other helpers posting. Fried rice and chicken satay are great. I even like the steamed veggies which have baby corn and bright cabbage. We've only gotten takeout, and it's been consistent and delicious every time. Thai iced teas are such a treat, too.
