Teller's Taproom Kitchen - Lakewood

I've been here about half a dozen times. Always good and always worth it. I don't know what the hell happened. Smaller everything. Nobody pays attention. I had a burger and an iced tea. It was $25. I will never. Go. Here. Again.

Please note the Ticketmaster esque Kitchen Fee Overall the place is quite nicely decorated and they seem to have a lot of activities. Our food was just ok, I had the Wild Buff Burger, and it was quite bland. My wife had the Fish and Chips, and it was also not all that great.I did not love when the bill came and we had a pretty substantial service charge on it...I find it extremely dishonest that the food doesn 't actually what they say it does on the menu. They give you the typical business talk about providing a livable wage on the bottom of the receipt. And to that nonsensical excuse I say the following...charge more for your food upfront, and seeing as how I paid $23 for a Burger and Fries, that excuse doesn 't really hold water.I felt cheated, it was under 5 dollars, but I just find it dishonest. I don 't support business who are involved in sleezy practices such as this.Luckily the government has legislation in progress to try and get rid of junk fees such as this....hoping it passes.

Parking: The parking lot is small, and all of the spaces were taken when I arrived. I noticed a lot of other customers were coming from across the street where they had to park elsewhere.

Cool local spot to eat and hang out. Food was tasty and well priced! We enjoyed a nice Sunday brunch here which included a **** mary bar. If you are a beer drinker they have 2 pages of draft beers as well as a craft cocktail menu.Parking: Small parking lot at the restaurant. If full parking by the gas station across the street for freeKid-friendliness: Accommodating to kids, kids menu is well priced with good portions

Came in here for lunch. Treated myself to the **** Mary bar. Highly recommend any of their infused vodkas. Bison burger was also delicious. Will come again.
