Contribuiți la feedbackI've been to this location several times and I feel tonight they really earned a review. I left a compliment via the website as well. Our order was made well but the store was out of the brownies we ordered, they subbed our brownies with cookies and gave us an apology letter as well as a coupon to return at a later date. No missing items because they were out, no canceled orders, no big fuss. I've also come through the line at this store and for the most part the staff is friendly, the store is always clean, and the food is always as expected. Thanks for doing a great job, yall!
I love this Qdoba. I was just there last Thursday. The food was great. They were very friendly while taking my order. I decided to eat there. A man (possibly the Manager or some one from Corporate came over came over and asked how much food was. It's also very clean in there. The tables the floors, which is a big deal to me because restaurants that stay filthy make me a little nervous about how the food and the utensils are being handled. I ate there but I got a to go order maybe a week or two prior to that and same thing awesome service awesome food very grateful I will go back.
Food was good and the girl at the cash register was very polite. But the lady making order, surf and turf bowl, said my price is going to be higher because I added a salsa and lettuce. Then told the cash register girl to charge me for extra shrimp. Not sure if this is new charging extra for salsas or not but wasn't advertised that way on the sign.
The place is actually pretty decent for a Qdoba. In spite of my photos, it was quite a long line to get your order. However, when it grew to be troublesome, the management helped break down the focus and orders and actually hastened the situation to its end. So kudos to that! The food, however, was passable. Though more on the bland side, the major problem I had was everything wasn't thoroughly strained so even my chips lost their crunch before digging into my burrito. The atmosphere is something. A bit darker, but feels more like a walk-in restaurant moreso than you standard burrito chain. It's even equipped with its own bar! That's a first for me.
Placed my order at 4:53PM, online tracker said they received order and it was being prepared with an estimated pick up at 5:04PM. I arrived at 5:05PM and expected it to be up on the online pick up shelf but instead they were empty and 2 people were in line ordering as well as 2 people waiting for pick up orders. I started to get a bad feeling about the experience already and then 5:08PM rolls around and 3 more people get in line to order. Now there?s 5 people in line and 3 people waiting for pick up (including me) then it gets worse. They serve everyone in line and give everyone else their food and guess who?s the last one left?.of course it?s me!!! At 5:13PM they started making my food and I walked out at 5:16PM. I will never rely on this location for a good experience or an efficient place to eat my lunch. My order was placed 23 minutes before I got my food and most people there had to only wait 5-10 minutes. Don?t they realize an online order is an order already paid for. They need to be done as a priority. I basically already went in line and ordered my food 20 minutes earlier and they don?t even treat it as a priority. I could of even walked in line when I got there and left before I actually did with this online order. I?m so disappointed and unsatisfied.
