Mcdonald's - Lakewood

I arrived 20 minutes before closing, and while I understand it's near closing time, I expected to be served. The menus were available, but there was no service at all. It felt like they just wanted to wrap things up quickly. It's disappointing to see a restaurant not willing to cater to customers, even at the end of the night.

My only issue with this McDonald's is the woman managing the lobby and play area, Sarah, I believe. She can be quite rude. I've noticed that she treats certain children and families nicely, but only those she seems to favor. She often complains loudly about having to clean up after customers, and her attitude feels very unwelcoming. The play area closes for cleaning before 2 PM, and even after it's been cleaned, it's kept closed for a long time. We've been coming here about once a month for years, as we live nearby, and my kids always enjoyed the playground. However, after this experience, I think I’ll take them to another location. Not to mention, the parking lot feels like a disaster zone.

I was stuck in line for 15 minutes waiting for a simple number one meal while seven cars behind me got served first. When I called to ask why I was waiting so long, the man on the phone just ignored me and didn't say a word. It’s a terrible experience every time I go there; they always make me wait while allowing 7 to 10 other cars to go ahead of me.

Ordered 2 of the new $5 crispy spicy chickens. I've accused her and got two spicy mcchickens.

This mcdonalds serves burnt bread and comically small tomatos. Im not sure how, but they gave me a dried out piece of deep fried chicken. They also forget sauces 75% of the time unless you ask specifically several times at the window.
