The place was not crowded. The cashier was friendly. Agree had no trouble changing my order to go.The food was meh. I dug into my fries was soon as I entered my truck. $4.99 for warmish fries. It was a good portion. If I had dined in these would have gone back immediately. Were they sitting around? I don't know.The chicken. The good news is that they are generous with portions. The bad news is that it seemed the difference in temperature/spice was simply how much cayenne was sprinkled on top. I've been to Nashville but never had hot chicken with no sauce. It was soooo dry. Don't think anyone can mess up ranch? Come here.The bottom line is that cool fries and five Chx strips better blow my mind for 20$. I won't be back. I don't recommend the place. But they take EBT.... so if that's a winner for you then maybe.

Been a few times food never disappoints never crowded. Always clean great environment.

Have been to this place 3 times and had 3 bad experiences. finally learned my lesson. between the long waits, cold food, missing items, staff attitude, this place just isn't being run like they care about your business.

Amazing Chicken Sandwich. Got the Hot version and it was HOT. Still feeling it in the lips, so be cautious on the selected heat. Not the cheapest chicken sandwich but one of the best. HUGE piece of meat, coleslaw was fantastic in it. Mac-N-cheese isn't special, but did it matter? You're there for the chicken and it's great!
