Kfc - Lakewood

The previous reviews are spot on. The customer service is consistently poor across the board. The establishment itself is quite dirty during every visit. I've noticed that employees often gather to smoke in their cars, leaving the premises unattended. As a customer, this is incredibly frustrating. This location really needs to be addressed by the management, as it has become quite embarrassing.

I tried to buy food here four times. twice they were spelled out when they were out of the boom and the 4th time they screwed up the order. just buy from somewhere else.

Hours on here say midnight. The door says 10:30. Employees refused to take order saying they were closed.

I put an online kfc order at 925pm. Paid and got receipt and confirmation my order will be ready at 935. I get there at 935 and wait at the counter and see 1 person in the back cleaning. 5 mins go by and a girl walls up and says have you been helped. I say no but I have an online for Ryan to pick up. She says ooo sorry and walks away. 5 mins later she walks back and says they are closed. The manager I think then says we are closed and can 't make anything. I said thats why i put my order in half an hour ago. He said that he couldn 't do anything and I should be refunded. Disappointing

Employes were more occupied with their phones, would not acknowledge me when I was they chose to ignore return to their phones-here's the evidence.
