Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Freddy's has become my go-to spot for hamburgers! The burgers are not only fantastic, but they also come loaded with fresh vegetables. The fries are top-notch, definitely the tastiest in town among all the burger places! And I must say, the soft serve custard for dessert is the best I've ever had! If you haven't tried Freddy's yet, I strongly recommend giving it a shot—you'll likely be pleasantly surprised.

The food is consistently excellent, and the service is friendly. However, the cleanliness could be improved, as the tables aren't always wiped down thoroughly.

I visited the Colorado Mills location on Friday, December 1st, and went through the drive-thru. I had the pleasure of being served by a wonderful lady named Bobbie, who made my experience enjoyable, quick, and efficient. She chatted with me while I waited for my order and even treated my dog to a pup cup. It was a delightful experience, and as long as Bobbie is working the drive-thru, I will definitely return! P.S. She deserves a raise!

Everyone who works there is great, except for one person. They really need to let him go. His negative attitude is a problem, and it impacts the entire atmosphere of the restaurant. I visit often, but it's disappointing to see how he affects the staff and the overall experience.

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but the burger was fantastic. I also tried the cheese curds, which were just as great. To top it off, the shake was absolutely delicious! One of the best features is that you can order your dessert with your meal, but they can hold off on making it until you're ready, so it doesn’t melt while you wait. I appreciated how smoothly that process went when I requested my dessert. I can't wait to return!
