Chuy's - Lakewood

The atmosphere here is very fun and the staff is great. As far as the food goes, its just ok in my opinion. This is a great place to go for a nice get together with friends or family but if you're looking for good Mexican food, there's better to be found.

Fredrick our waiter provided excellent Customer service. Not too impressed with nachos but would definitely come back to try other food. So awesome to see them hand roll the flour tortillas!!

The food is good and the waitress was friendly and helpful. It took quite some time to get the food to our table. The restaurant has a cool vibe. The decor is kind of a Mexican 50s mash up. The experience overall was positive. If you like Tex-Mex, go aheadand give it a try. The green Chile sauce is made with Hatch Green Chiles. It has a smoky flavor that is very good!

My Mom and I had dinner here. She recommended it because the locations in Texas were really good. Only reason why I am giving this a 3* is because of the front of house. The food though was bland and even death valley has more moisture than the food thatwas served to us. My mom had tacos and I had the chuychanga. Service good food completely not worth it.

Eating was delicious, the service was hands down one of the best experiences! ryan went beyond most server standards. I had the shrimp tacos and a margarita. I will definitely go back!
