Caribou Coffee - Lakewood

Don't let the fact that Caribou Coffee is a chain deter you from coming! I love the Caribou Coffee shop by Colorado Mills mall. Great location, really nice staff, easy parking and good coffee and snacks. The decor is eclectic and welcoming. You can sit in a nice lunch chair by the fire place, at a table or at the large wooden table with benches for a more communal experience. The coffee is not fancy but it is good and they have lots of options. It is also fun for kids choices because they have lots of fun non-coffee choices which are harder to find in those coffee only cafes. So come have a cold brew, crafted press hot coffee or fruity frozen concoction at Caribou Coffee today!

Once again, the best coffee in town! This is also my favorite location.

Happened upon this brand while searching for Starbucks (considering I was no longer in the south and wasn’t expecting to find a CC’s). My Chai tea latte was EXCELLENT! Quick service and friendly staff. Will be on the lookout for this brand more often.

This location is incredibly disappointing every time I go to it. Even if you ask for something at the register such as toppings to be added then they don’t do you’ve already specified at the register so it’s their mistake then..well if you want it come let me charge you for it even tho you’ve already paid $8 for the cup of coffee anyways…toppings should be included especially when the mistake was theirs. This used to be my favorite location but lost its manager and has consistently been the worst location and experience since.

I've always enjoy the variety that Caribou offers. However, the male barista with a long hair didn't wear a hair net or tie his hair up or some sort. He even keep touching his hair because it's clearly in the way. Nothing against that, but definitely not something customers wants to see when you work in a food/beverage service industry.
