The Place To Be - Lakewood

While we were in Lakewood for a private event, we were in search of a good home-cooked breakfast. A couple of ladies recommended The Place To Be, and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience there. The service was excellent, and everyone was very friendly. We loved everything about dining at The Place To Be.

Small hole in the wall restaurant, that was impressive. Had breakfast of a Florentino Omelette with turkey sausage and tomatoes and mushrooms with cheese. Very fast service. Food was 9/10, due to some potatoes overcooked. In general great meal. Coffee is weak, not the strongest. One seat could be reupholstered. Photos of Lakewood on the wall. This restaurant is Greek culture-owned. Stop in; you won't be disappointed. The waitress was friendly and the staff.

Great food, best poached eggs cooked perfectly, The service was good, small place can get noisy but doable,price okay will go back

When going here bring cash no credit cards otherwise the food and staff are AWESOME

This restaurant is a great spot to catch up with old friends you haven't seen in 30 years.
