Mcdonald's - Lakeville

Excellent service! It's not often you encounter such friendly staff at fast food restaurants, but even my 9-year-old remarked on how pleasant they were during our visit.

I always enjoy fresh food here, and the staff is consistently very nice. However, I find it puzzling that they have started to say "needs to go." It just feels out of place for such a chic restaurant. This is definitely not a fast food joint.

Tim, one of the managers, was incredible and extremely helpful. I encountered an issue with the online coupon that wasn't working, but he handled it with such patience and understanding, giving us the benefit of the doubt and applying the discount! I've only had positive experiences at this place. Thank you, Tim!
