Waffle House - Lakeview Estates

Unbelievable!! Called and asked if they could handle 53 people at 11 at night Rain said come on over! Her, Ms. Teresa, and Mr. D straight took care of business!! Wonderful experience, great customer service, and Mr D fed us like a complete professional!!! Wow! These folks know how to take care of business!

This is my neighborhood Waffle House and the food is always hot and delicious with great service when Ms. Cindy is there.

I called to place an order and the guy who answered obviously didn't know how to do it so he asked an employee. He didn't place me on hold or ask me to hold. And whoever he asked to assist didn't want to assist so he hung up on me. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. If you do not know how to do something as simple as take an order then find another job!!

Been sitting here for going on 20 mins. The lady said she’d be right with us 15 minutes ago. Looks like there’s only one waitress for the whole restaurant. Time to go home and eat I guess.

Utensils were dirty along with my coffee cup. Staff not friendly at all. Went during slower timeframe but as soon as my food came, so did my bill. Felt rushed. Will not be going back to this location.Parking: 15+ parking spaces.
