My only complaint about this restaurant was that the bathroom was not in good shape: soap only in one dispenser, broken paper towel holders, paper towels on the floor. Just in need of some general maintenance. Now that I've gotten that nasty business out of the way, I'd like to say that the food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Desiree was our server today and she was very attentive and obviously experienced, as she got everything right. Well done!

I go here often but and I usually have the same server, but this time I had a different server that did not have any customer service at all. She was slow disoriented took our glasses and poured our drinks in a plastic cup because she said they had to clean up. That was the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen.

Ordered off DoorDash for pick up, waited an hour until they finally told me they would remake the food. Came back in to get my order after speaking to DoorDash support, then the young man at the front told me the owner wanted me to resubmit the order in order to get my food that I paid for. I have to wait for my refund from DoorDash and he wanted me to pay AGAIN. Ridiculous and unprofessional!

This place is absolutely endangering the health of customers. We went to eat here on 6/29/2024 after 6pm. One of our guest took home their food and found 2 cigarette butts in the juice mixed in with the crabs the next day dissolving itself. They called the manager and she did not rectify just denied it. Don't go to this place. Hopefully the health department will catch wind of this and they suffer the consequences, we have puctures ma'mm. We spent close to $500.00 that day for this, the waitress got at least $55.00 more in tips, including18% gratuity . Zero stars if I had that option but had to choose the 1 for this review. Why are these people so evil is beyond questionable. Be careful because they will retaliate on certain guest if they choose to. Just nasty pure evil for doing that. This is not funny, but you'll see the joke will be on your business because this is wrong!!!
