Subway - Lakeview Estates

Ordered online twice and waited both times until after it was supposed to be complete to pull up at the store. Each time they never had the order ready or even started on it.

Food is so healthy and a variety of choices. I would like to see a revamp of the entire atmosphere so more folks could come and dine in vs carry out.

We usually go to publix but chose Subway and are glad we did! They are not shy with anything! I had steak with mozzarella, banna peppers, tomato, lettuce, onions, ofc mayo, olives with parmasan vinegerette, and garlic aoli all toasted. So good!

This subway is always out of everything. They don’t let you know until you start ordering your subs. Then they keep saying oh we don’t have this we don’t have that. Same with vegetables. Also the young workers just play around and have bad service. They act like they don’t care about their job and have loud music on a speaker behind the counter, please fix this subway

Placed a mobile and also gave special instructions for each sandwich. 1 sandwich was made properly and the other was not. The 2nd sandwich had extra meat added that was not apart of the order. Neither sandwich was cut into 4’s like I asked. The young lady working was rude upon arrival. I called about my sandwich 2 times. The first time I was left on hold for almost 20 minutes and no one came back. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and was placed back on hold for another 20 minutes. The manager finally came to the phone and was very rude. I’ve been coming to this location for awhile and never experienced that kind of attitude and lack of patience.
