Clearlake Club - LAKEPORT

I find it interesting that so many negative reviews include personal insults directed at the staff or become overly upset about things like last call, as my experience at the Clearlake Club was quite different. This establishment is exactly what you’d expect in a small town like Lakeport. With pool tables, touch tunes, and a wide selection of liquor and beer, you really can’t go wrong here. It’s cash-only, which adds to the character of the place, yet I’ve noticed that many patrons still seem to take issue with the bartenders. The drinks are affordable—better and cheaper than most places in the area, and a fraction of the cost compared to drinks in the Bay Area. There are plenty of tables to enjoy and a lovely outdoor veranda if that's your preference. With two billiard tables and a welcoming atmosphere, it’s the kind of spot where locals gather and everyone knows each other’s names. If you visit more than once, they’ll likely learn yours too!

My husband and I visited for the first time, and I have to say, the experience wasn't what we expected. The bartender seemed more focused on chatting with the regulars than welcoming us. It felt as though the place catered more to single men than to couples.

The blonde bartender needs to be replaced. Last call is at 1:30, yet we were kicked out at 1:40. I will never return! What a joke! I give it 0 stars.

Had a great time with my lovely wife and our friends from the neighborhood. The Bartenders were very attentive and kept our thirst quenched throughout the evening. Great atmosphere.
