Burger King - LAKEPORT

Just had a juicy Bacon King Combo with onion rings it really hit the spot.

Good value for the money, however I did not receive the extra large fries I ordered.

I ordered a BIG order and they didn't send my two Hershey's pies was so disappointed. The kids were looking forward to desert.

We were missing 2 orders of chicken fries and a Cheeseburger Meal

One star for management. 5 stars for the employees. We frequent this restaurant multiple times a week. Between the lobby being closed, the broken order speaker, broken headsets, and paper signs displayed everywhere, the smiling employees always seem todeliver the best meal they possibly can. Even despite soaring temperatures, and literal HEAT pouring out of the drive thruwindow from the long time broken air conditioning, the wonderful staff there make it a decent experience and deserve thehighlight for keeping this franchise open. Hard times or not, management should be ashamed of its general lack of upkeep andmaintenance. Hope to see improvement soon.
