Taco Bell - Lakeland

This locations hands down was the best in Lakeland area, always a great service and good portions, however in our last 3 visits tacos have been 50% lettuce, 49% sour cream and 1% meat. Idk if the employees are being charged for the meat out of their paycheck, if the cook is vegetarian or they have been ordered to make tacos this way, please address.

Girl with black hair making food next a guy with a toboggan on was eating right out of the bin on line. Didn't change her gloves nothing.un fair to expose customers to your saliva and its contents especially in the age of the virus ! We asked her too stop eating while making food and the manager standing next to her asked her to change her gloves. But the girl got right back on her phone and went in the back and came back chewing. My goodness give her a lunch break. If anyone who owns this business would like to watch cameras to witness the food safety at this location we were here between 325p. And 350pm On jan30th ticket number 2240154. Store#029534 Then employees continued to stare at us and generally make us un comfortable. There are so many lunch options theses days. We will be taking this restraunt off the list .... Don't go to this place With any one that has ammunno deficiency issues or elderly......just saying

I don't think I've ever left a positive review for a fast food chain, but this Taco Bell just never seems to miss. The food is always hot and delicious, my order is always right, and the people working there seem to know what they're doing. Could be a little friendlier, but I'm guessing like everywhere they are short staffed and in a rush.

Good taste except they never brown the tortillas. Authentic tortillas are eaten browned and a little crisp, not all white and almost doughy. Need to encourage more sales with discounts and rewards or coupons. I was told there isn't even a senior discount. That's pretty unbelievable.

As someone who works in the food service industry, I understand that mistakes happen. Yet, it's disappointing that this keeps happening every time I visit. I know how things operate behind the scenes, which is why I'm avoiding giving my exact order in writing. I realize it's late and everyone is eager to leave, but perhaps a career change would be in order if the commitment to getting orders right isn't there.
